And the idea goes far beyond a single training: you can build your own in-house training centre, a genuine corporate academy, with your content, your topics and your rules. The Bexxo cybersecurity catalogue stays at your disposal, and you build your own alongside it. Here is how this new feature works.
On every topic, not just cybersecurity
Until now, your Academy offered our catalogue of cybersecurity trainings. That does not change: it stays available as before. What is new is that you can create your own trainings alongside it, on absolutely any topic, in any field.
Cybersecurity is only a starting point. Onboarding new hires, internal procedures, getting started with a product, compliance, workplace safety, quality, customer relations: these are only examples. As soon as knowledge is shared in your organisation, you can turn it into a training. Your Academy becomes a training space for the whole company, on whatever you want.
Your own corporate academy
This is where the real value lies: you do not just create standalone trainings, you build your own training centre. Gather your content, organise it by topic or audience, let it evolve over time: you have a genuine in-house academy, in your name and in your style, with no extra software and no provider to call in for every new need.
A new internal process? You turn it into a training. A product that evolves? You update the content. A team with specific needs? You create a dedicated path for it. What used to require slides, meetings and a lot of time becomes structured, tracked, reusable content that you keep at hand.
From a topic to a complete training, in a few minutes
The starting point is you: you state the subject. From there, the AI writes the content and proposes a training that is already structured. You do not write a training from a blank page, you start from a first version that is already built and adjust it to your liking.
Several formats are possible, depending on what you want to convey and to whom. Here are a few, and the list is not fixed.

At every step, you are the one who decides. The AI proposes, you approve and adjust. You edit the text, you preview it exactly as the learner will see it, then you publish. Nothing goes out without your approval.
Created once, available in four languages
Write your training in the language that comes most naturally to you. Once the content is approved, you make it available in French, German, English and Italian. The same content, and every employee takes it in their own language, which matters for a Swiss SME whose teams do not all work in the same language.
And it all connects with the rest of the Academy
Your in-house trainings do not live apart. They benefit from exactly the same tools as the trainings in the Bexxo catalogue, including the scheduling and automation modules that recently arrived in the Academy:
- Scheduling: assign your trainings to your whole organisation, a group or named individuals, with start dates and deadlines.
- Automatic reminders: learners are informed and reminded before the deadline, in their own language.
- Automatic assignment via the calendar: a rule can assign one of your trainings when an event justifies it, for example a new employee joining, with no action on your part.
In other words, you create content once and it enters the same machinery as the rest: scheduled, assigned, tracked and reminded, with no manual management.

Training creation is available to all our clients, in self-service in your client area. No installation, no option to activate. You can see in the demo how the system works, step by step; AI generation, however, is not active in the demo: you discover it once you are logged in to your client area.
